Timblin's
Cabin Rental and Flyway Retreat is conveniently located in north-central North Dakota -
smack dab in the central flyway. Thus the duck and goose hunting is
fabulous.
Within 15 minutes are a number of smaller lakes
that are not heavily fished and have good quantities of walleyes,
northern pike, and perch. Excellent for both open water fishing and ice
fishing.
In 2007 over 800,000 pheasants were harvested in
the state. Whitetail deer numbers in North Dakota are at an
all-time high. We are 15 miles from the Lonetree Wildlife Management
Area - 30,000 acres of public access hunting. Many other smaller public
access lands are also available. Access to private land is easily
secured.
There is much wildlife in the area to view,
including a cow moose and calf living right across the road from us. |
